Twycross House & Hollies – During term times there is usually no need to make an appointment unless you are in need of a full uniform or a large number of items. Our shop is open 08:00 – 09:00 and 1530:1630 daily. If you would like to come at a time when we are not usually open then please let me know and I am happy to make an appointment for you outside of the regular opening hours.

School Holidays – During school holidays we are only open by appointment, however Buttons and Buckles will be open for drop-ins during THS Summer School.  The opening hours during THS Summer School are 09:00 – 15:00.

Appointments do get booked up very quickly for July and August so we recommend that if you are in need of a specific date or time then you book in as soon as possible.

Booking for summer “Back to School” appointments generally open after May half term and we tend to be fully booked for the summer months by the end of June so we do urge customers not to leave it to the last minute if possible. However, we know that last minute requirements do happen (it’s amazing that children grow!) so please always ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We are open daily between 08:00 and 09:00 and 15:30 and 16:30 daily. Otherwise by appointment only.

Twycross House School – the uniform shop is within the school grounds of The Hollies (CV9 3PQ), close to the cookery rooms and library building.  Please follow the sign and come through the archway into the courtyard.

Yes, we stock some of the healthiest school shoes available that promote full foot function by maintaining the natural shape of your child’s feet. We have black school shoes and indoor shoes are also available in blue and brown. We also stock white trainers, football boots and black pumps. If you need something specific, please come and ask and we will do our best to source this for you.

We are the only nominated stockist for most of the Twycross House School. All regulation items that have the school logo will need to be purchased from Buttons and Buckles. Sports wear in most instances need to be purchased from another supplier, however do come in and ask if you’re not sure where to get things from.

We aim to be a ‘one stop shop’ for all of your school needs from uniform to stationery. Some items such as trousers and shirts can be purchased elsewhere, however we do stock a range of these items in the correct colours which are extremely good quality and competitively priced! Many people choose to buy everything from us due to our handy on site location.

We accept the majority of debit and credit cards and also cash payments. We do not accept cheques

Please feel free to call / email and we will be able to advise you. Each item and brand tends to be a little different in terms of fit, so if you are unsure then don’t hesitate to get in touch.

You are welcome to try on items during opening hours and, if you have ordered online, then I can exchange items for a different size. Please do not remove any tags until you are sure that you want to keep your purchase and return the unworn goods in their original packaging and condition within 5 working days. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit so please ensure you obtain proof of postage.
