Buttons and Buckles is delighted to be the new owners of the school uniform shop at Twycross House Pre-Preparatory and Twycross House Preparatory School.

Owned by one of the school mum’s, Michelle Cook is a mother of two, and we absolutely want to make the school uniform journey as simple as possible for all who use it. We want to be a single point of contact for regulation items, as well as your children’s other clothing and footwear needs for their time at school. For this reason, we stock everything from blazers to shoes, and from calculators to bows.

We ensure our stock is excellent quality that stand up to the heavy demands of school life, as well as working hard with suppliers to offer excellent value for money. Most importantly our products are available throughout the year and not just for the “Back to School” period.

Our shop is within the grounds of Twycross House School which is open during term time for parents at the school from 08:00 and 09:00 and then again from 3.30pm – 4.30pm daily during term time. We are open 09:00-15:00 during the weeks of Twycross Summer School, and by appointment only at other times.

We are delighted that Buttons and Buckles is also a supplier of a range of school shoes, which will continue to grow over the coming months and years. We are especially pleased to stock some excellent barefoot school shoes, which offer children the comfort of nature: wide toe boxes with wiggle room and flexible soles. School children are in their shoes for a long time, and we are passionate about allowing children to maintain their natural foot function in foot-shaped shoes to ensure they do not develop any foot issues from hard, narrow shoe-shaped shoes.
